clip, amino, and s caps
I have been using clip, amino, and S caps for ultra running for at least 20 years. That combination has been the best to provide consistent nutrition and no GI upset. I usually dilute the combo in the hotter months. If you can mix the clip ahead of time and leave it in your drop bag it is easier to deal with than opening packets. The clip can be lumpy. You can still grab the chips and PB sandwiches at the aid station but if they don,t have what you like you'll be fine. I love it!
