Get your recovery supplements in one convenient pack. Training is a process of stressing and then re-building the body. The most important part of training is the re-building! So, help your body with the re-building process by giving it the special nutrients it needs for repair.

  • Amino acids to promote growth hormone release
  • Anti-oxidants to neutralize destructive free-radicals
  • Chrome for insulin production to drive repair
  • Single-serving packets

During a strenuous endurance event the body suffers trauma to muscle fibers and connective tissues. After the event, the body must repair itself. Given the right nutrition and rest, the repair process will proceed quickly. Training is a process of stressing and then re-building the body. The most important part of training is the re-building! So, help your body with the re-building process by giving it the special nutrients it needs for repair.

It is very important to understand that much of your body’s repair is done while you sleep. About an hour after falling asleep, you get a natural pulse of growth hormone that drives repair of damaged tissues. You can help your body in this process by providing nutrients and supplements which assist tissue repair.

SUCCEED! RECOVERY PACK Supplements are selected to provide those in a simple package.

For repair of connective tissue, there’s glucosamine sulfate, the amino acids glycine and lysine, and vitamin C in a buffered form that is easy on your stomach while you sleep. Chrome picolinate enhances the action of insulin which helps transport nutrients into body cells. L-Arginine/L-Ornithine is a combination of amino acids which increase the body’s output of growth hormone, and help support the body’s immune system. Vitamins C and E provide anti-oxidant protection against free radicals which are prevalent after exercise.

You should re-hydrate promptly after you finish an event. Along with water, you should have some carbohydrate and easily digestible protein. A good practice is to follow your event with a SUCCEED! Buffer/Electrolyte Caps, 20 ounces of SUCCEED! CLIP, and as much water as you like.

An hour or two later you should have a good meal. There is often considerable muscle fiber damage from an event, so you should eat a generous amount of protein food as a part of this meal. If you normally take vitamins with your meals, do so at this one.

Just before you go to bed, take a RECOVERY PACK to drive repair.

Recovery

I have run hundreds of marathons, numerous 50 mile runs, and several 100 mile ultras, to include the Leadville Trail 100 in under 30 hours. A race that took place when I was 42 years of age. I am now 77 years of age and I still use recovery, at night, after a nice jaunt through the woods.

Recoveed in less than 48 hrs

Since 2012, I have been using your succeed caps, pre-race & recovery supplements and now they have become my comfort blanket to be feel confident that I’ll be able to finish my races. I have finished at least 30+ races since then.

My goal initially was to become an ultramarathon runner, but reality hit me & I have to stick with half & full marathons. I have already bought a year worth of your supplements so I ended up using them during my races with outstanding results. I have never hit the wall & my recovery takes less than 48 hrs. I haven’t had the discipline to log enough miles, so I’ve never started a race properly trained, but with your supplements, my base training & strong mind set I have finished all my races.

I believe that you should start marketing all distances. Because a marathon for a normal human being requires similar effort than for an ultramarathon athlete needs to finish a 100K.
