Order Security

All order information is encrypted using SSL technology to guarantee the confidentiality of online transactions made on our site. This helps protect your online transaction information from third party interception.

Your credit card number is not fully displayed once it has been entered. Only the last four digits of your credit card are displayed for verification purposes.

Shipping to U.S., Canada, U.K. or Australia

If your ship-to address is in the U.S., Canada, U.K. or Australia, you can order directly through this website.

Shipping to a business in the U.S.

It may be more convenient for you to ship to a business so that someone will be there to receive your package. If you choose to do that, make sure you tell us that in the comments box when you place your order.

Shipping to other countries

If the ship-to address is in a country other than the U.S., Canada, U.K, or Australia, please e-mail your order to us at and we will provide further information on completing the order. Be aware that you will have to pay any charges for customs, duty or taxes. Those charges may be substantial, so you should check with your local post office for details.

FedEx and USPS

We will ship most orders via FedEx. Smaller packages and orders from overseas may be shipped via USPS to lower your shipping cost. Orders will normally ship by the next business day. Shipping options include:

We strongly recommend that you place your order on-line. We accept payment via Visa or Mastercard.

For security purposes, the ship-to address must match the billing address for the credit or debit card. When using your credit card or debit card, please enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card. Also enter your bill-to information exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Credit card approval must be received prior to order processing.

Refund and Return Policies

If you wish to return an unused product that you have purchased from us, you may return the item along with the Packing Slip (original or a copy).

You should insure any return shipments as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Note the item description on the Packing Slip. Let us know in writing if you want a refund or an exchange. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the time you receive the items and they must be in new (saleable) condition; unopened or unused.

REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued via a credit to your card. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

EXCHANGES: If you are returning an item for exchange, please email us beforehand at including your Order #, and note the item you wish to exchange. That will help us to process your exchange more easily.

NON-U.S. CUSTOMERS WITH RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Email us at and tell us what you would like to do. We will accommodate you as best we can.

Out of stock/Subject to availability

Sometimes we get hit with a run on a product and may not have the product in stock. We will note such a situation on our product page if it occurs.

Colorado Sales Tax

If your order is shipped to a state other than Colorado, no sales tax will be added to your order. Most states that do have a sales tax require that their residents personally remit the appropriate tax for their out-of-state purchases. Check with your own state tax authorities if you are unsure of your state’s policies.

Pre-Race and Recovery Packs are subject to Colorado state tax. Residents of Colorado will be taxed according to the sales tax at the point of delivery ( 2.9% ). The other SUCCEED! products are not taxable. Residents of Windsor Colorado will be subject to an additional city tax of 3.2%.
