Exercise such as a marathon, ultramarathon or triathlon demands unusual amounts
of energy.  The biochemistry of energy production in the human body is known to use
vitamins and minerals during such events.  Vitamins and minerals are required for
many of the catalysts that promote chemical reactions of energy production.

Choline is needed to make the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which is necessary for
proper conduction of signals from the brain to muscles.  Studies show that
marathoners have improved performance with supplemental choline.

A few specific amino acids are needed for specialized reactions during exercise.  
Important hormones such as adrenaline contain the amino acid L-Tyrosine.  
N-Acetyl-Cysteine provides a key component for the anti-oxidant glutathione.

Yes the race went perfectly. Every day I took the
Pre-Race before the start and Recovery before sleeping.
The result was amazing ! No muscular pain, no problems with the back. It was a great race.
I needed 46 hrs 28 min and 18 sec. for the 250 km in the desert, average temperature 40-50 C.

Directions for use:

Take one packet of capsules/caplets with about a half cup of water, sports drink or
juice 20 to 60 minutes before your event so that they have time to be absorbed from
the digestive tract.  If you eat a light meal before the event, take the Caps right after
your meal.

If your event lasts more than 24 hours, you may benefit by taking
PRE-RACE Caps
again after 20 to 24 hours.

It is well known that performance will suffer if essential vitamins or nutrients are in
short supply during exercise.  However, it is also well known that there is no
ergogenic effect from excess amounts of vitamins or minerals.  Do not exceed the
