Adventure Racer, Ultramarathoner and Triathlete Terri Schneider is highly acclaimed as a top female multi-sport endurance athlete and as an inspirational and sought after speaker, author, and coach. Going long since age 10, Terri has established herself as one of the most experienced multi-sport endurance athletes in the world. She has competed in 7 Eco-Challenge Expedition Competitions, the Raid Gauloises in Tibet and Nepal, 22 Ironman Triathlons, with three top five finishes at the Hawaiian Ironman. She’s completed 50, and 100 mile races and 7 day endurance runs in the Sahara desert and Gobi Desert as well as hundreds of other endurance races.

Founded by Anthony Humpage or “Woofie” has special expertise in dealing with Masters Endurance and Ultra-endurance athletes. Anthony is a USA Triathlon, Level I Coach and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Coach Woofie is one of the few, if not the only coach or athletic performance specialist to focus only on Masters athletes. Coach Woofie helps triathletes and other multisport athletes, ultramarathon runners, orienteers, expedition runners and mountaineers.

Tracy Thomas - Ultramarathoner
Tracy’s expertise in the fitness needs of runners and endurance athletes has been developed in part through her own accomplished running career. Her specialty is the marathon and longer distances - she has completed more than 75 marathons. Tracy was the first masters woman finisher at the 2004 Los Angeles Marathon. Tracy has also run more than 30 ultramarathons. She twice completed the Angeles Crest 100 Mile Endurance Run, finished the 2004 Vermont 100 in 20:56, and in 2005 and 2006 was the first female finisher at Kettle Moraine 100-mile and also completed the Western States 100. On October 2, 2005, Tracy became the first female in the 15-year history of the Arkansas Traveller 100-mile race to finish FIRST OVERALL.
