There are 5 PRE-RACE packets per bag.
Take one packet of capsules/caplets with about a half cup of water, sports drink or juice 1 to 2 hours before your event so that they have time to be absorbed from the digestive tract. If you eat a light meal before the event, take the Caps right after your meal.
If your event lasts more than 24 hours, you may benefit by taking the Caps again after 20 to 24 hours.
It is well known that performance will suffer if essential vitamins or nutrients are in short supply during exercise. However, it is also well known that there is no ergogenic effect from excess amounts of vitamins or minerals. Do not exceed the dosage given in the Directions for Use.
Store in a dry location, away from high heat.
